For the second year in a row, ICMU is pleased to announce the Student Research Award competition. We continue to recognise outstanding student work in the mathematical sciences with a cash prize of 50,000 Ukrainian hryvnia. Last year, six talented Ukrainian students received this prestigious award. Several prizes will be awarded each year.
Students of Ukrainian universities (as of May 2025) can submit:
Bachelor's and Master's degree theses;
Articles published or submitted to scientific journals.

All applications will be evaluated by a committee consisting of representatives of several Ukrainian higher educational institutions and members of the Co-ordination Committee of ICMU.
The results will be announced in December 2025.
